Mixed-Use Property for Sale by the City
(Kentucky Avenue and Holladay Blvd.)
The City of Holladay is moving ahead with the realignment of the intersection of Kentucky Avenue and Holladay Blvd. Upon completion of the project, there will be two remaining parcels on the northeast and southeast corners. The square footage of these parcels are 9,218 and 2,370 square feet respectively. The properties are currently zoned for mixed-use development within the “HV” (Holladay Village) zone.
The City has declared these parcels as surplus property and has put them up for sale accordingly. It is the intent of the City to enter into negotiations for a purchase agreement with the highest responsive and responsible bidder as determined to be in the best interest of the City of Holladay. Bid proposals will be received until April 16, 2013. Bidder should include with his proposal All proposals received will remain confidential prior to entering into a purchase agreement with the successful bidder.
The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, or to waive any informalities in its best interests. Questions should be directed to the following persons:
