• Size of house & attached garage
• Size of detached garage, shed, or barn, etc.
• Percent of rear yard being covered (not to exceed 25%)
• All easements & existing structures

*Wall sections
*Truss details
*Electrical plans
*Height of structure
*Architectural committee approval or letter stating that builder is not getting architectural approval.
