Plan Review Fees
Plan review fees are calculated as a percentage of the Building Permit Fee.

Single Family Dwellings ------------------------------------------65 %
Plans which are substantially changed during the plan review process will be charged additional fees on an hourly basis.
Project Completion Deposits
Project completion deposits are to be paid upon application for a building permit. Deposits will be refunded to the applicant when the certificate of occupancy is issued.
