1-story detached accessory bldg. less than 200sq.ft
Fences less than 6ft. high
Retaining walls less than 4ft. with no surcharge
Less than 5000 gal. water tanks/height-diam. r = ratio _2:1
Sidewalks and driveway on grade
Finish work i.e. painting, tiling, carpeting, cabinets, etc
Pre-fab pools <24in. depth
Playground equipment for 1 & 2 family dwelling
Exterior wall awnings
Minor electrical, plumbing, or mechanical repairs |
