The Holladay Municipal Justice Court was created on July 1, 2001. The Court has jurisdiction to hear all Class "B" and Class "C" misdemeanors and Infractions occurring within the boundaries of the City of Holladay, and by interlocal agreement within the boundaries of Cottonwood Heights City. The Court also hears small claims matters arising in Holladay and Cottonwood Heights. The jurisdictional limit for small claims is $10,000.
