Council Agendas 2009
The City Council will be holding a work meeting on Thursday, May 14 at 6:30pm. Beforehand, the Council will be touring the Sheriff's Office Building from 4-6pm. The agenda for this meeting is now available.

CITY OF HOLLADAY CITY COUNCIL
THURSDAY, MAY 14, 2009
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay City Council will hold a work meeting on Thursday, May 14 at 6:30pm. (The Council will be eating dinner during the discussion beginning at 5pm) The meeting will be held in the Mt. Olympus Room at Holladay City Hall – 4580 S 2300 E. NO decisions will be made at this meeting.
4:00 pm Meet at City Hall
4:30-6:00 pm Tour of Sheriff’s Office Building – 3365 S 900 W
The agenda shall be as follows:
1. Welcome & Call to Order – Mayor Webb
2. Update on Holladay Village Construction & Other Issues
3. Discussion on Tentative Budgets for 2009-10
4. Follow Up on Planning Commission and Board of Adjustment Appointments
5. Discussion on Proposed Campaign Finance Ordinance
6. Discussion on Proposed Term Limit Ordinance
7. Other Business
8. Closed Session pursuant to Utah Code Section 52-4-204 & 205 to Discuss Personnel Issues, Potential Litigation and Property Acquisition and Disposition –(If needed)
9. Adjourn
On Tuesday, May 12, 2009 at 4:00 pm a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of the City of Holladay City Hall, Holladay UT. A copy of this notice was faxed to the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, newspapers of general circulation in the City by the Office of the City Recorder. A copy was also faxed or emailed to the Salt Lake County Council, Cottonwood Heights City and Murray City pursuant to Section 10-9-103.5 of the Utah Code. The agenda was also posted at city hall and on the city internet website at www.cityofholladay.com
