The City Council will hold a work meeting on Thursday, August 14 at 5pm. The agenda for that meeting is now available.

CITY OF HOLLADAY CITY COUNCIL
THURSDAY, AUGUST 14, 2008
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay City Council will hold a work meeting on Thursday, August 14 at 5:00pm. (The Council will be eating dinner during the discussion beginning at 5pm) The meeting will be held in the Mt. Olympus Room at Holladay City Hall – 4580 S 2300 E. NO decisions will be made at this meeting.
The agenda shall be as follows:
1. Call to Order
2. Discussion on Policy Regarding Temporary City Manager
3. Discussion on Jails & Overcrowding – Sheriff Winder (6:00)
4. Discussion & Presentation Regarding School Resource Officer Program (6:30)
5. Update & Discussion on Holladay Village
6. Discussion Regarding Salt Lake County Township and Annexation Survey
7. Discussion on City Newsletter
8. Discussion Regarding Traffic Calming Measures
9. Discussion on Energy Assistance Program
10. Discussion on Fire Station
11. Closed Session pursuant to Utah Code Section 52-4-204 & 205 to Discuss Personnel Issues, Potential Litigation and Property Acquisition and Disposition –(If needed)
12. Other Business

On Tuesday, August 12, 2008 at 9:30 am a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of the City of Holladay City Hall, Holladay UT. A copy of this notice was faxed to the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, newspapers of general circulation in the City by the Office of the City Recorder. A copy was also faxed or emailed to the Salt Lake County Council, Cottonwood Heights City and Murray City pursuant to Section 10-9-103.5 of the Utah Code. The agenda was also posted at city hall and on the city internet website at www.cityofholladay.com
