CITY OF HOLLADAY COUNCIL MEETING

Consideration of Resolution 08-10 Allocating CDBG Funding for the 2008-09 Fiscal Year
Action on this item was postponed until the April 17 meeting in order for the Council to discuss and look at funding options.

 Public Hearing on Proposed Street Name Changes
There was a large turnout for this hearing with everyone opposed to the proposal.  After a number of public comments against this proposal Council Member Orton withdrew his proposal.  The Council thanked everyone for coming out to express their views. 

Consideration of Ordinance 08-06 Directing the Naming of Streets and Changing the Name of Existing Streets
There was no motion on this ordinance, therefore the Ordinance failed and was withdrawn.

Consideration of Resolution 08-11 Authorizing the Execution of an Interlocal Agreement with the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Holladay Pertaining to the Payment of a Portion of the Local Point-of-Sale Taxes to the Agency for Benefit of the Cottonwood Mall Urban Renewal Project Area
This item was postponed to the April 17 Council meeting so the Council could have time to discuss and receive more information.
