The City Council will hold three public hearings on October 4.
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay City Council will hold a public hearing on Thursday, the October 4, 2007 as close to
6:15 pm. as possible, in the Holladay City Council Chambers, 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay, UT. The purpose of the hearings is to consider: 1) an amendment to the City of Holladay General Plan, tentatively titled, "Exhibit E, Cottonwood Mall Master Plan";
2) an amendment to Title 13 of the Holladay City Zoning Ordinance to implement a new chapter, "Regional/Mix-use Zone (R/MU), Chapter 13.65; and,
3) an application to rezone the property in the vicinity of 4835 South Highland Drive, from C-2 to R/MU.
The proposals are available for public inspection on the City’s website, www.cityofholladay.com or during regular business hours at the Holladay City offices, 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay, Utah, 84117.
