 INVITATION TO BID 

Separate sealed BIDS for the Demolition of three commercial and residential buildings and associated site clean-up and restoration including: 
           Commercial Building located at Southeast corner of Holladay Blvd. and Kentucky Avenue.
           Condominium Building located at 4615 South Holladay Blvd. 
            “Tri-plex” residential structures located at 4621 Holladay Blvd.

will be received by the City of Holladay located at 4580 South 2300 East, Holladay, Utah until 2:00 P.M. on  August 30, 2007,  and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.  The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be examined at::
