NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay City Council will hold a public hearing on September 7, 2006, as close to 6:15 pm as possible in the Holladay City Council Chambers, 4707 S. Holladay Boulevard, Holladay UT. The purpose of the hearing is: (i) to consider an amendment to the Holladay Village Center Master Plan to add the Holladay Village Conceptual Plan and Street Configuration (within the general vicinity of Holladay Blvd, Murray Holladay Road and 2300 East) and associated text to the existing master plan; (ii) to Amend Title 13 (Zoning Ordinance) to implement zoning and development standards, sign regulations and procedures relating to the Holladay Village; (iii) to amend the zoning map to implement the Holladay Village (HV) zone and rescind the underlying zoning designations.
The proposal is available for public inspection and may be examined during regular business hours at the Holladay City offices, 4707 S Holladay Blvd, Holladay UT 84117.
