The City Council will hold three public hearings on Thursday, June 1. One will be on the tentative 2006-07 budget, the other on budget amendments to the current 2005-06 budget and the last one will be on a zone change at 5310 S Highland Dr.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
2006-07 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET & BUDGET AMENDMENTS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay City Council and Redevelopment Board will hold a joint Public Hearing on Thursday, June 1, 2006 as close to 6:00 p.m. as possible, in the Council Chambers located at 4707 S Holladay Blvd, Holladay UT. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive input on the Tentative Budgets for the General Fund, Capital Fund, Debt Retirement and Redevelopment Agency for the 2006-07 fiscal year including salaries for Statutory and Elective Officers and other positions within the City.

The City Council and Redevelopment Board will also hold a hearing as close to 6:15pm as possible. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to consider amendments to the 2005-2006 fiscal year budgets.

All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to be heard. Copies of the Tentative Budgets are available for public review from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, in the office of the City Recorder located at 4707 S Holladay Blvd, Holladay, UT.

In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the City of Holladay will make reasonable accommodations to participate in the hearing. Request for assistance can be made by calling 272-9450 at least 48 hours in advance of the hearing to be attended.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay City Council will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 1, 2006 as close to 6:30 pm. as possible in the Holladay City Council Chambers, 4707 South Holladay Boulevard, Holladay, Utah. The purpose of the hearing is to consider an application from GMP Development for the property at 5310 South Highland Dr.

The proposed amendment will change the zone from R1-21 to R-2-10 to allow the development of a 10 unit residential planned unit development on 1.5 acres.

The proposed Ordinance is available for public inspection and may be examined during regular business hours at the Holladay City offices, 4707 S Holladay Blvd, Holladay UT 84117.
