The City Council will hold a number of public hearings on April 20 beginning at 6pm. Please check the attached for information and times of the hearings.
CITY OF HOLLADAY
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay City Council will hold three public hearings on Thursday, the 20th day of April, 2006 beginning as close to 6:30pm as possible in the Holladay City Council Chambers, 4707 S Holladay Blvd, Holladay UT.
The first hearing will begin as close to 6:30pm as possible. The purpose of the hearing is to consider and amendment to the zone map for the properties at 2450 E and 2496 E 6200 South, requested by Mr. Robert Azarvand and Mr. Nic Kian. The proposed text change will change the zone from R1-43 to R1-21
The second hearing will begin as close to 7:15pm as possible. This is an amended notice of a change in date of the hearing. The hearing was originally scheduled for April 6, 2006. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive input from the public with respect to the proposed boundary adjustment with Cottonwood Heights City. All members of the public are invited to attend and participate in the public gearing. Written comments may be submitted to the City, to the attention of the City Recorder, prior to the public hearing.
The third hearing will begin as close to 7:30pm as possible. The purpose of the hearing is to consider an amendment to the Holladay Code. The new Chapter 15.32 to be known as Existing Residential Housing will be considered. The proposed ordinance establishes minimum housing and maintenance standards for existing residential units within the city.
The proposed Ordinances are available for public inspection and may be examined during regular business hours at the Holladay City offices, 4707 S Holladay Blvd, Holladay UT 84117.
