THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 9, 2006

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mayor and members of the Holladay Municipal Council will hold a work meeting in the Conference Room beginning at 5:00 p.m. NO decisions will be taken at this meeting.
The agenda shall be as follows:
1. Call to order
2. Closed Session pursuant to Utah Code Section 52-4-5.1 to Discuss Potential Litigation and the Acquisition of Real Property
3. Discussion on Proposed General Plan and Zoning for Highland/Van Winkle Area
4. Review of Council Retreat and Assignments
5. Discussion on Affordable Housing Plan
6. Questions for the City Manager
7. Other Business for Discussion
8. Adjourn
On Monday, February 6, 2006 at 9:00 am a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of the City of Holladay City Hall, Holladay, UT. A copy of this notice was faxed to the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, newspapers of general circulation in the City by the Office of the City Recorder. A copy was also faxed to the Salt Lake County Council pursuant to Section 10-9-103.5 of the Utah Code.
