PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mayor and members of the Holladay Municipal Council will hold a work meeting in the Conference Room beginning at 5:00 p.m. NO decisions will be taken at this meeting.
The agenda shall be as follows:
1. Call to order
2. Discussion on Proposed Tree Ordinance
3. Discussion on Proposed Ground Water Ordinance
4. Discussion on Day Care Ordinance
5. Outline RDA Process - Randy Feil
6. Discussion on Legislative Issues - Dave Spatafore
7. Meeting Schedule
8. Closed Session pursuant to Utah Code Section 52-4-5.1 to Discuss Personnel Issues, Potential Litigation and Property Acquisition
9. Adjourn
On Tuesday, November 8, 2005 at 8:00 am a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of the City of Holladay City Hall, Holladay, UT. A copy of this notice was faxed to the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, newspapers of general circulation in the City by the Office of the City Recorder. A copy was also faxed to the Salt Lake County Council pursuant to Section 10-9-103.5 of the Utah Code.
