PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mayor, members of the Holladay Municipal Council and Planning Commission will hold a joint work meeting in the Council Chambers beginning at 6:00 p.m. NO decisions will be taken at this meeting
5:30pm Briefing Session for City Council
6:00pm Joint Meeting
The agenda shall be as follows:
1. Call to Order and Introductions
2. Creation and Schedule of LUDMA Subcommittee
3. Update on Highland/VanWinkle Annexation Area Rezone
4. List of Pending & Unfinished Issues
5. Discussion on Knudsen Park Master Plan
6. Update on Holladay Village Center
7. Update on Cottonwood Mall
8. Discussion on Issues of Concern:
a. Millrock Development Agreement
b. Monster Homes & Garages
c. Gated Communities
9. Communication

11. Adjourn
On Tuesday, October 11, 2005 at 9:00 am a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of the City of Holladay City Hall, Holladay, UT. A copy of this notice was faxed to the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, newspapers of general circulation in the City by the Office of the City Recorder. A copy was also faxed to the Salt Lake County Council pursuant to Section 10-9-103.5 of the Utah Code.
