The intent of this request for proposals (RFP) is for the City to identify a developer for
a key parcel of land consisting of 1.6 acres, located on the northwest corner of Holladay Blvd. and Murray-Holladay Road

City of Holladay
The City of Holladay (the City) owns a key parcel of land consisting of 1.6 acres, located on the northwest corner of Holladay Blvd. and Murray-Holladay Road. It is the intent of the City that this parcel be developed consistent with the City’s vision statement and goals.
The intent of this request for proposals (RFP) is for the City to identify a developer with whom the City will negotiate a development agreement and/or a conditional sale agreement under which the parcel will be developed.
Consistent with the objective of identifying a developer for this key parcel, the City invites those who are interested in undertaking the development to submit a written Statement of Interest on or before September 30, 2005 at 4:00pm. Statements of Interest should be delivered to Stephanie Carlson, City Recorder at the Holladay City Hall – 4707 S Holladay Blvd., Holladay UT 84117.
