PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay Redevelopment Agency will hold a meeting at Holladay Elementary beginning at 7:00pm or as soon thereafter as possible. It is possible that a member of the Council will be participating by electronic means.
PRELIMINARY AGENDA
I. Call to Order - Chairman Steve Peterson
II. Consideration of Resolution RDA 05-11 Pertaining to the Proposed Village Center Project Area Regarding the Exclusion of the Power of “Eminent Domain” in the Village Center Redevelopment Project Area Plan, if created and Plan Adopted.
III. Consideration of the Establishment of the Boundaries of the Village Center Redevelopment Project Area
IV. Consideration of the Adoption of the Summary of Findings and Supporting Documents from the Public Hearings Held by the Agency on June 29 and July 21, 2005.
V. Consideration of Resolution RDA 05-12 Making a Finding of Blight Regarding the Proposed Village Center Redevelopment Project Area.

On Friday, September 09, 2005 at 10:00 am a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of the City of Holladay City Hall, Holladay, Utah. A copy of this notice was faxed to the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, newspapers of general circulation in the City by the Office of the City Recorder. A copy was also faxed to the Salt Lake County Council pursuant to Section 10-9-103.5 of the Utah Code.
