PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mayor and members of the Holladay Municipal Council will hold a work meeting in the Conference Room beginning at 5:30 p.m. NO decisions will be taken at this meeting.
The agenda shall be as follows:
5:00pm Closed Session pursuant to Utah Code Section 52-4-5.1 to Discuss Personnel Issues, Potential Litigation and Property Acquisition
5:30 pm
1. Call to order
2. Discussion on Planning Commission and Board of Adjustment Appointments
3. Discussion of Proposed Fence Permit Ordinance
4. Discussion on Encroachment Policy
5. Update on Election Issues
6. Update on New City Hall

8. Discussion on Holladay Village Center and Related Issues
9. Adjourn
On Tuesday, August 9, 2005 at 9:00 am a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of the City of Holladay City Hall, Holladay, UT. A copy of this notice was faxed to the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, newspapers of general circulation in the City by the Office of the City Recorder. A copy was also faxed to the Salt Lake County Council pursuant to Section 10-9-103.5 of the Utah Code.
