Rescheduled public hearing notice

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE CITY OF HOLLADAY STORM WATER, PUBLIC SAFETY, AND PARKS & RECREATION IMPACT FEES FOR FUNDING CAPITAL FACILITIES RELATED TO SAID SERVICES AND STORM WATER, PUBLIC SAFETY, AND PARKS & RECREATION CAPITAL FACILITIES PLANS.
The City of Holladay will hold a Public Hearing on August 18, 2005 as close to 6:00 pm as possible in the City Offices located at 4707 S. Holladay Blvd, Holladay, UT. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive input and consider approval and adoption of the proposed Storm Water, Public Safety, and Parks & Recreation Impact Fee Ordinance and Storm Water, Public Safety, and Parks & Recreation Capital Facilities Plans for the City of Holladay.

All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to be heard. Written concerns are welcome. Copies of the proposed Storm Water, Public Safety, and Parks & Recreation Impact Fee Ordinance, Storm Water, Public Safety, and Parks & Recreation Capital Facilities Plans, and Storm Water, Public Safety, and Parks & Recreation Impact Fee

Analysis are available for public review beginning July 21, 2005 in the City Offices located at 4707 S. Holladay Blvd, Holladay, UT. Additional copies of the same are also available for public review at the Holladay Library located at 2150 E. Murray-Holladay Road, Holladay, Utah.
