The City Council will hold a public hearing on August 4 with regards to fence permits. THe public hearing on impact fees has been rescheduled to August 18.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay City Council will hold a public hearing on Thursday, August 4th, as close to 6:30 pm as possible, in the Holladay City Council Chambers, 4707 South Holladay Boulevard, Holladay, Utah. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a proposed text change to the Holladay Code of Ordinances (Chapter 13).
The proposed text change will amend Chapter 13.14.080 pertaining to fences.
The proposed Ordinance is available for public inspection and may be examined during regular business hours at the Holladay City offices, 4707 S Holladay Blvd, Holladay, UT 84117.
