WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 23, 2005

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay Redevelopment Agency will hold a meeting in the Council Chambers beginning as close to 5:00 p.m. as possible. It is possible that a member of the Council will be participating by electronic means. The Council Chambers shall serve as the anchor location.
AGENDA
I. Call to Order - Chairman Steve Peterson
II. Public Comments
III. Consideration of Resolution 05-04 of the Board of Directors of the Redevelopment Agency designating a Redevelopment Survey area known as the "Cottonwood Mall Redevelopment Survey Area" and authorizing a study of said Survey Area to determine whether one or more Redevelopment Projects with the Survey Area are feasible and whether blight exists within the survey area.
IV. Adjourn
On Tuesday, February 22, 2005 at 11:00 am a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of the City of Holladay City Hall, Holladay, Utah. A copy of this notice was faxed to the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, newspapers of general circulation in the City by the Office of the City Recorder. A copy was also faxed to the Salt Lake County Council pursuant to Section 10-9-103.5 of the Utah Code.
