The City Council will hold a public hearing on February 17 to consider a proposed text change to the zoning ordinance with regards to building heights.
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay City Council will hold a public hearing on Thursday, February 17, 2005 as close to 6:00 pm as possible in the Holladay City Council Chambers, 4707 S Holladay Blvd, Holladay UT. The purpose of the hearing is to consider and amendment to the Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 13 of the City of Holladay Code.
The proposed text change will amend Sections 13.14.060, 13.32.060, 13.44.100, 13.45.090, 13.56.110 and 13.62.110 all pertaining to height regulations.
The proposed Ordinance is available for public inspection and may be examined during regular business hours at the Holladay City offices, 4707 S Holladay Blvd, Holladay UT
