PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mayor, members of the Holladay Municipal Council and Planning Commission will hold a work meeting in the Council Chambers beginning at 5:00 p.m. NO decisions will be taken at this meeting
The agenda shall be as follows:
1. Call to order - Mayor Webb
2. Update on Holladay Elementary - Randy Fitts
3. Sign Ordinance
4. Height Regulations
5. Administration and Review
6. Environmentally Sensitive and Hazardous Areas Overlay Zone
7. Supplementary Regulations
8. Other Items Approved by the Planning Commission Waiting for Council Action
9. Communication Between City Council & Planning Commission
10. Items from the City Council - Council Member Pace
a. General Plan Amendment and Rezoning
b. Regulation of Group Homes
c. Moderate Income Housing Plan
On Monday, January 10, 2005 at 4:00 pm a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of the City of Holladay City Hall, Holladay, UT. A copy of this notice was faxed to the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, newspapers of general circulation in the City by the Office of the City Recorder. A copy was also faxed to the Salt Lake County Council pursuant to Section 10-9-103.5 of the Utah Code.
