Notice is hereby given that the Holladay City Council will hold a Retreat on Thursday, November 11, 2004 at 4:00pm. The work session will be held at Holladay Elementary - 4580 S 2300 E. NO decisions will be made at this meeting. The agenda shall be as follows:
1. Call to Order
2. Committees
a. Events Committee/Arts Council
b. Economic Development Committee
c. Safety Committee
3. Report on New and Existing Annexation
4. Report on Contracts
5. Legislative Issues
6. Holladay Elementary/City Hall
7. Other Business
8. Adjourn

On Tuesday, November 9, 2004 at 3:00 p.m. a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of the City of Holladay City Hall, Holladay, Utah. A copy of this notice was faxed to the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, newspapers of general circulation in the City by the Office of the City Recorder. A copy was also faxed to the Salt Lake County Council pursuant to Section 10-9-103.5 of the Utah Code.
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the City of Holladay will make reasonable accommodations to participate in the meeting. Request for assistance can be made by calling 272-9450 at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting to be attended
