The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 17 to consider a General Plan/Rezone request.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 17, 2004 as close to 6:00 pm as possible in the Holladay City Council Chambers, 4707 S Holladay Blvd, Holladay, UT. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a General Plan/Rezone request for the property at 1686 E 3900 South in the R1-8 Zone.
The proposed amendment will facilitate the conversion of the existing single family residence to a reception center.
The proposal is available for public inspection and may be examined during regular business hours at the Holladay City offices- 4707 South Holladay Boulevard.
