PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mayor and members of the Holladay Municipal Council will hold a work meeting in the Council Chambers beginning at 5:00 p.m. NO decisions will be taken at this meeting
The agenda shall be as follows:
1. Call to order
2. Review of City Events
3. Review of Contracts and Assignments
4. Review of City Committees and Membership
5. Discussion on Upper Canal
6. Review and Update on Bonding
7. Review of Proposed EDA & RDA Project Areas
8. Closed Session to Discuss Potential Litigation and the Purchase of Real Property
On Monday, September 27, 2004 at 11:00am a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of the City of Holladay City Hall, Holladay, UT. A copy of this notice was faxed to the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, newspapers of general circulation in the City by the Office of the City Recorder. A copy was also faxed to the Salt Lake County Council pursuant to Section 10-9-103.5 of the Utah Code.
