The City Council will hold a public hearing on the Holladay Village Center Design Standards on Thursday, July 15 at 6pm
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay City Council will hold a public hearing on Thursday, the 15th day of July as close to 6:00 pm. as possible, in the Holladay City Council Chambers, 4707 South Holladay Boulevard, Holladay, Utah. The purpose of the hearing is to consider and amendment to the City of Holladay Zoning Ordinance.
The proposed text change adds a new chapter, Chapter 13.17, Holladay Village Center Development Standards, including an amendment to the City of Holladay Zoning Map creating two new zones, the Village Center Zone and the Neighborhood Buffer Zone.
The proposed Ordinance and Map are available for public inspection and may be examined during regular business hours at the Holladay City offices, 4707 S Holladay Blvd, Holladay, UT 84117.
