The City Council will hold a work meeting and field trip on Thursday, March 25 beginning at 5:30pm
NOTICE OF A FIELD TRIP & WORK MEETING OF THE
CITY OF HOLLADAY CITY COUNCIL
THURSDAY MARCH 25, 2004
5:30pm (or as soon after the special meeting is over) - Field Trip
6:30pm (or as soon as the field trip is over) - Work Meeting
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mayor and members of the Holladay Municipal Council will meet to field trip the Holladay Village Center. There will be NO decisions made or votes taken at this meeting.
The Council will then hold a work meeting beginning at 6:30pm or as soon as the field trip is over, in the Council Chambers. The agenda shall be as follows:
1. Call to Order
2. Discussion on the Holladay Village Center
3. Other Business
4. Adjourn
On Monday, March 22 at 3:00pm a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of the City of Holladay City Hall, Holladay, Utah. A copy of this notice was faxed to the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, newspapers of general circulation in the City by the Office of the City Recorder. A copy was also faxed to the Salt Lake County Council pursuant to Section 10-9-103.5 of the Utah Code.
