PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mayor and members of the Holladay Municipal Council will hold a City Council meeting in the Council Chambers beginning at 6:00 p.m.

VI. Consideration of Resolution 03-54 Requesting the Recertification of the City of Holladay Justice Court

Consideration of Resolution 03-55 Declaring the Intention of the City of Holladay City Council, Salt Lake County, State of Utah, to Authorize Construction of Improvements on Property within said Municipality consisting of Storm Drain and Related Improvements and all Other Miscellaneous Work Necessary to Complete the Improvements in a Proper Workmanlike Manner; to Create the City of Holladay Special Improvement District No. 1, Carriage Lane, to Defray the Cost and Expenses of Said Storm Drain Facilities and all other Miscellaneous Work Necessary to Complete the Improvements in a Proper Workmanlike Manner by Special Assessments to be Levied Against the Property Benefited by Such Improvements; and to Provide Notice of Intention to Authorize such Improvements and to Fix a Time and Place for Protests Against such Improvements or the Creation of Said District.

On Monday, September 15, 2003 at 4:30 p.m. a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of the City of Holladay City Hall, Holladay, Utah. A copy of this notice was faxed to the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, newspapers of general circulation in the City by the Office of the City Recorder. A copy was also faxed to the Salt Lake County Council pursuant to Section 10-9-103.5 of the Utah Code.
