PC Public Hearings 2012
The Planning Commission will hold two public hearings on May 15 beginning at 7:00pm. The hearings will be on increasing the height allowance in the P Zone and sign regulations in the ORD zone. Keep reading for more information and for copies of the proposed ordinances.
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay City Planning Commission will hold two public hearings on Tuesday, May 15, 2012, as close to 7:00 pm as possible, in the Holladay City Council Chambers, 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay UT.
The purpose of the first hearing is to consider a change to Section 13.46.090. The proposed amendment will increase the height allowance for buildings in this zone as well as allow for architectural features, such as a steeple or tower to be taller than the building.
The purpose of the second hearing is to consider a change to Section 13.82.210, regarding sign regulations in the ORD zone. The proposed amendment would allow for signs for commercial uses such as restaurants and retail stores and office buildings.
The proposals are available for public inspection on the City’s website, www.cityofholladay.com or during regular business hours at the Holladay City offices, 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay UT 84117.
