7:00 PM 1. Holladay City Center – Restrooms – 4580 S 2300 East - Holladay City Center Master Plan – Design Review Approval – HV Zone - Planners: Jon Teerlink & Rick Whiting –
A restroom facility has been designed to be located between the rear of City Hall and the Recreation Field. The Design Review Board has approved the architectural and aesthetic features of the design. (This item is a public hearing.)

7:20 PM 2. Dempster/Black Diamond Rezone – R-M to C-1 Zone (Continued) – Planner: Jon Teerlink – Applicant, Kyle Demptser, has petitioned the City to amend the RM zone at the Black Diamond site on 3900 South by extending the C-1 zone along 3900 South in order to allow a proposed drive through coffee shop. The property is owned by Black Diamond and the applicant will be leasing land to build and operate the Coffee shop.

3. Sign Ordinance Amendment - O-R-D Zone - (Continued) - Planner: Paul Allred – Discussion of possible changes to Chapter 13.82 – Signs - in order to ccommodate the needs of the Canyon Slope Square and other potential projects in the O-R-D zone.
