The City is receiving contractor bids for construction of a new restroom building at the City Hall Park. Bids are due by February 10 at 3:00pm.

INVITATION TO BID

 

 Separate sealed BIDS for the construction “City Hall Park Improvements, Phase 1 – Restroom Building”,  will be received by the City of Holladay located at 4580 South 2300 East, Holladay, Utah until 3:00 P.M. on February 10th, 2012 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.  Contract Documents may be examined at the following locations:

The Work consists of a restroom building of 606 SF consisting of composition shingle roofing, metal soffit and fascia, pre-fab wood trusses, structural cmu walls with brick veneer, gypsum board ceilings, hollow metal doors and frames, painting, concrete slabs, footings and foundations, plumbing lines and fixtures, electrical power and lighting and exhaust fans. Sitework consists of site preparation including landscaping and irrigation, building pad excavation, compacted structural fill and backfill, site utility extensions in underground trenches from the existing City Hall to the new Restroom Building and minor demolition and repair within City Hall for the utility connections.                                                                                                                                                                                           

A mandatory pre-bid meeting is being held at the Holladay City Hall at the address above on    Tuesday, January 31st  , 2012   at Holladay City Hall, City Council Chambers at 10:00 am.   

 Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS will be available at the pre-bid meeting and also may be obtained only by the at the Architect’s Office      at the address listed above subject to a non-refundable payment of $100.00 for each set.  Questions pertaining to the projects and/ or the bidding process may be addressed to    James B.  The City of Holladay reserves the right to accept and/or reject any and/or all bids, and to waive any informalities pertaining to the submission of a bid.
