zone – Planner: Rick Whiting – The applicant, Aubrey Conner, is an interior designer and wishes to receive a limited number of clients at his home office. (This item is a public hearing with a possible decision.)

7:15 PM 2. Beck Adventures – 1992 E Hedgewood Ct. – Rezone R-1-15 to NC zone – Planner: Rick Whiting – The applicant, Burt Carson wishes to rezone his .4 acre property from
R-1-15 to NC so that he can reconfigure the home for professional office use. (This item is a public hearing with a possible recommendation to the City Council.)

Plan Review - R-1-43 zone – Planner: Rick Whiting – The applicant, Carmel of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, wishes to build a 4,987 sq. ft. addition to their monastery on 8.05 acres. (This item is a public hearing with a possible decision.)

7:45 PM 4. Holladay Highlands Subdivision – 2952 E. Oak Park Lane R-1-10 zone - Planner: Jonathan Teerlink – The applicant, Greg Sneyd, is seeking conceptual approval tosubdivide his .74 acre property into two lots. (This item is a public hearing with a possible decision.)
