The City Council will hold three public hearings on Thursday, January 19 beginning at 6:00pm. The hearings will be: propoposed rezone, Code amendments and an amendment to the Highland Drive Master Plan.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay City Council will hold three public hearing on Thursday, January 19, 2012, beginning as close to 6:00 pm as possible, in the Holladay City Council Chambers, 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay UT.
The purpose of the first hearing is to consider an amendment to the Holladay General Plan, adding Appendix K- Highland Drive Corridor Master Plan, for the entire length of Highland Drive within the City of Holladay.
The purpose of the second hearing is to consider amendments to Title 13 of the Holladay City Code, Chapter 13.04, Definitions, and to adopt Appendix A, a table of land uses allowed by zone
The purpose of the third hearing is to consider a request to rezone 1.21 acres of property at 5025 S Highland Dr. from R-M (Residential - Multi-family) & R-1-10 (Residential, Single Family, on 10,000 sq. ft. lots) - to NC (Neighborhood Commercial) zoning
