7:00 PM 1. Hale Law Office Site Plan - 4766 S Holladay Blvd – Addition to Existing Building – H-V zone – Planner: Jonathan Teerlink – The applicant, Craig Hale, is proposing an addition to an existing buildig and the construction of a detached carport on property fronting Holladay Blvd. (This item is a public hearing with a possible decision.)
7:45 PM 2. Stuart Driveway Approach Exception – 5024 S. Fairbrook Lane – Driveway Approach Width Exception – R-1-21 zone – Planner: Jonathan
Teerlink – The applicant, Steven Stuart, is requesting relief from Holladay driveway width design requirements under ord.14.12.110. The Planning Commission will hear and possibly make recommendation to the City Council for exception to this regulation as per Holladay ord.14.12.150.
