7:00 pm 1. Deerwood Estates Access Road Exception - 2541 E 6200 S
Planner: Rick Whiting – The applicant, Ron Gunnell, has requested an exception to the 25 foot width requirement for a 1,300 foot access road to his proposed 10-lot subdivision per Title 14.12.150 -After appropriate deliberation, this matter will be forwarded to the City Council with a recommendation for or against approval from the Planning Commission. (This will be a Public Hearing – A courtesy notice has been mailed to neighboring property owners.)
