7:00 PM 1. General Plan Amendment - Highland Drive Corridor – Planner: Rick Whiting – Review and potentially recommend General Plan Amendment to the City Council.
7:20 PM 2. Conditional Use Permit – Wireless Telecommunication Facilities at Olympus High School - Sprint, Verizon and AT&T – Planners: Paul Allred & Jonathan Teerlink
7:50 PM 3. Conditional Use Permit – Taylor Accessory Building - 1931 E 5685 South – Planner: Jonathan Teerlink – Applicants, Ryan and Jessica Taylor, request a permit to exceed the maximum footprint of an accessory building.
8:10 PM 4. Papaderos Subdivision – 2525 E Valley View – (Continued Item) - Conceptual Plan and Preliminary Plat – Planner: Rick Whiting – The applicant, Mrs. Eugenia Papaderos, requests a two lot subdivision for her .59 acre property. No new structures will be built.
