1. Code Amendment – Chapter 13.83 Wireless Telecommunications Facilities – Planners: Jonathan Teerlink & Paul Allred - The proposed code amendment would alter permissible cell tower configurations in the Public (P) zone.
(The following is a “decision Item,” however, no public notice is required.)

2. Foxwood of Holladay PUD - Ivory Homes – 4829 S 1300 East – Preliminary Plat – Planner: Rick Whiting – Ivory Homes proposes to build a 19 lot single family detached home
Planned Unit Development (PUD) on this 3 acre site. The associated Conditional Use Permit will be heard at a public hearing on October 4, 2011.

3 General Plan Amendment - Highland Drive Corridor – Planner: Rick Whiting – Review and potentially recommend an amendment for the General Plan to the City Council.
