7:10 PM 1. Krantz 2 Subdivision – 2917 E Casto Lane – Four-Lot Subdivision – Conceptual & Preliminary approval – R-1-10 zone – Planner: Jonathan Teerlink – Mr. Randy Krantz proposes
to subdivide a 1.76 acre parcel to add three additional building lots.
SPECIAL PRESENTATION
7:30 PM 2. Planning Commission Service Awards – Special honor and recognition will be given to
