PC Public Hearings 2011
The Planning Commission will hold three public hearings on Tuesday, May 3 at 7pm.
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Holladay Planning Commission will hold three public hearings on Tuesday, May 3, 2011, as close to 7:00 pm as possible, in the Holladay City Council Chambers, 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay, Utah.
The purpose of the hearings is to consider the following:
1. An update to Appendix E of the City’s General Plan regarding the Moderate Income Housing Element;
2. An amendment to Appendix J of the City’s General Plan regarding a Highland Drive Corridor Master Plan, and;
3. Various amendments to Title 13 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance, including Chapter 13.05, Land Use and Appeal Authorities, which rescinds Chapters 13.05A and 13.94; Chapter 13.06, General Administrative and Development Review Procedures, a new chapter, and; Chapter 13.09, Specific Development Review Procedures for Quasi-Judicial Proceedings, also a new chapter.
The proposal is available for public inspection during regular business hours at the Holladay City offices, 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay, Utah, 84117.
