1. Ordinance Discussions - Planner: Pat Hanson – Continued discussion of Chapters 13.05, Land Use and Appeal Authorities; 13.06, Specific Development Review Procedures for Legislative Proceedings and 13.09, Specific Development Review Procedures for Quasi-Judicial Proceedings.
2. General Plan Amendment – Highland Drive Corridor - Planner: Rick Whiting – Continued discussion of a proposed General Plan Amendment concerning the Highland Drive Corridor contemplating a Public Hearing and possible recommendation to the City Council to follow at the June 7, 2011 Planning Commission Meeting.
