The City Council will hold and conduct a joint public hearing with the City Manager on April 7th, 2011, at 6:15 p.m pertaining to the declaring as surplus approximately 500 square feet of property located at approximately 1914 E Meadowmoor (corner of Highland Drive and Meadowmoor.)
NOTICE OF A JOINT PUBLIC HEARING
OF THE HOLLADAY CITY COUNCIL
AND CITY MANAGER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay Council will hold and conduct a joint public hearing with the City Manager on April 7th, 2011, at 6:15 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible in the Council Chambers - 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay, UT pertaining to the declaring as surplus approximately 500 square feet of property located at approximately 1914 E Meadowmoor (corner of Highland Drive and Meadowmoor.)
The purpose of this public hearing is to receive public comment concerning the proposed declaration of surplus and conveyance for fair market value the described parcel. The parcel is landlocked and if declared surplus, it is intended to be sold and conveyed to the adjacent landowner.
