6:00 PM DISCUSSION ITEMS (These items are scheduled to be discussed but no official actions will be taken)
1. Chapter 13.05, Land Use and Appeal Authorities - This is an amended chapter which includes new and existing language regarding the various bodies that make decisions and hear appeals as currently constituted in the city.
2. Chapter 13.06, Specific Development Review Procedures for Legislative Proceedings - This is new language setting forth procedures for review and approval of general plan amendments, text amendments and rezones.
3. Chapter 13.09, Specific Development Review Procedures for Quasi-Judicial Proceedings - This is new and current language setting forth procedures for review and approval of matters such as variances and nonconformity determinations.
