ACTION ITEMS (These matters will be heard and may be voted on.)
7:10 PM 3. Definitions , Amendments to various Chapters in Title 13-
Planner: Pat Hanson – This is an amendment to the zoning ordinance to move all defined terms into Chapter 13.04, add new definitions for the uses as allowed in each zone, add illustrations for some terms, and move all regulatory language currently in these definitions to Chapter 13.76, Supplemental Regulations. (Public Hearing – Notice published in the newspaper)
7:15 PM 4. Meiers - 4696 S Holladay Blvd. - Commercial Building Addition – HV zone – Planner: Jon Teerlink – Jeremy Meiers requested to add 2,500 sq. ft. of commercial / retail space. This project has been approved by the Design Review Board. (Public Hearing – Notice has been mailed to neighboring property owners as required by law.)
7:45 PM 5. Canyons Hotel and Convention Center – 3000 E & 6200 South – Permitted Site Plan - Conceptual Review – O-R-D zone – Planner: Rick Whiting – Sequoia Development proposes to develop a 120 room hotel and convention center on this site as well as three restaurants. (Public Hearing – Notice has been mailed to neighboring property owners as required by law.)
8:30 PM 6. Jackson-Leroy Office Building – 1914 E Meadowmoor – Final Site Plan – NC Zone – Planner: Jon Teerlink – Brandon Leroy requested approval of a 2,677 sq. ft. single story office building on a .33 acre parcel on the corner of Meadowmoor and Highland Dr. west of the Cottonwood Mall site. (This is a “decision Item,” however, no public notice is required.)

7. Appendix A - Land Use Table- Pat Hanson: This is a new table that consolidates all permitted and conditional uses allowed by the current ordinance.
