City Council Hearings 2011
The City Council will hold a public hearing on Thursday Feb. 3 at 6pm to consider a rezone request along Highland Dive.
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay City Council will hold a public hearing on Thursday, February 3, 2011 as close to 6:00 pm. as possible, in the Holladay City Council Chambers, 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay UT. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a rezone for the properties between 3900 S and Woodside Drive on the east side of Highland Drive. The proposal is to rezone these properties from the commercial zone, C-1 to a different commercial zone, C-2.
The proposed Ordinance is available for public inspection and may be examined during regular business hours at the Holladay City offices, 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay, Utah, 84117.
