3. PUBLIC HEARINGS PUBLIC HEARINGS (Published in the newspaper as required by law)
7:10 PM 3.1 North Highland Rezone- 3900 S Highland, Planner: Pat Hanson – This is a rezone of the properties between 3900 S and Woodside Drive on the east side of Highland Drive from the commercial zone, C-1 to a different commercial zone, C-2 which allows a wider range of permitted uses in the zone.

7:30 PM 4. PUBLIC HEARINGS (Notices mailed to neighboring property owners as required by law)
4.1 Yorgio's – 6121 S Highland Dr. – Planner: Pat Hanson- This is a request for a
conditional use permit for a different alcoholic beverage retail use, "Dining Club", in the existing restaurant.

5. AGENDA ITEMS
5.1 GymJam Fitness and Dance- 2408 Kentucky Ave. – Planner: Pat Hanson. This is
a "Change of Use" application, from "Retail sales' to "Personal service", to facilitate the establishment of a fitness and dance studio in the old liquor store.

6. ORDINANCE DISCUSSION
6.1 Chapter 13.100 – Definitions – Planner: Pat Hanson. This is a new chapter which
combines all the current defined terms in Title 13 and adds new definitions for the Land
Uses allowed by the various zones.

6.2 Appendix A - Land Use Table- Pat Hanson: This is a new table that consolidates all
the permitted and conditional uses allowed by the current ordinance.

7.1 Approve minutes - December 7, 2010.

8.1 Clarification of Conditional Use Permit Conditions for an existing B&B Homestay Use at 2275 E 6200 S. – Planner: Pat Hanson
