PC Public Hearings 2011
The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 4 to consider a rezone for properties between 3900 S to Woodside Dr on the east side of HIghland Dr from C-1 to C-2.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 4, 2011, as close to 7:00 pm as possible, in the Holladay City Council Chambers, 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay, UT. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a rezone for the properties between 3900 S and Woodside Drive on the east side of Highland Drive. The proposal is to rezone these properties from the commercial zone, C-1 to a different commercial zone, C-2.(Map of proposed rezone area)
The proposal is available for public inspection during regular business hours at the Holladay City offices, 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay, UT 84117.
