5:00 p.m. Briefing Session & Work Meeting - Mt. Olympus Room (The Council will hold a pre-meeting discussion beginning at 5pm or as soon thereafter as possible. No decisions will be made during the pre-meeting.)
6:00 p.m. Council Meeting – Council Chambers
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay Municipal Council will hold a City Council meeting in the Council Chambers beginning at 6:00 p.m. It is possible that a member of the Council will be participating by electronic means. The Council Chambers shall serve as the anchor location.

(the public is invited to address the City Council on any subject for three minutes, five minutes for a group spokesperson, additional time allotted at the discretion of the chairperson)
IV. Consideration of Ordinance 2010-27 Amending Various Provisions of the City Code Pertaining to Fees and Enacting a New Chapter 3.35 to be Knows as the Consolidated Fee Schedule (the City is reformatting the fee schedule and changing animal control fees to match the County’s, now that the County is providing animal control services)
V. Consideration of Ordinance 2010-28 Repealing Section 9.95.020 Pertaining to Alcohol Prohibitions in Public Places and Amending Section 10.36.065 Pertaining to Alcoholic Beverages in Public Places (Due to changes in State Law pertaining to the definitions of liquor and to resolve an internal conflict in the existing code, minor changes to Section 10 are being made and a portion of Section 9 repealed)
VI. Consideration of Resolution 2010 –27 Adopting the 2011 Meeting Schedule for the City Council – (The council will adopt a formal meeting schedule for the coming year)
VII. Consideration of Resolution 2010-28 Authorizing the Mayor to Execute a Real Estate Contract of Purchase and Sale of Real Property Located at Approx. 4600 S Highland Dr Consisting of 0.0753 acres to the State of Utah
(The Council will consider grating approval of sale of a small remnant of property to the State of Utah)
VIII. Consideration of Resolution 2010-29 Authorizing the Mayor or Designee to Execute a Stipulation for the Global Settlement of Civil Action No. 2:08cv00075 Filed in US District Court Entitled “City of Holladay vs. Dr. Clean et. al.”
(the Council will vote on approval of a proposed settlement agreement with various parties involved in environmental contamination in the Village Center)

On Monday, December 6, 2010 at 11:00 am a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of the City of Holladay City Hall, Holladay, Utah. A copy of this notice was faxed to the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, newspapers of general circulation in the City by the Office of the City Recorder. A copy was also faxed or emailed to the Salt Lake County Council, Cottonwood Heights City and Murray City pursuant to Section 10-9-103.5 of the Utah Code. The agenda was also posted at city hall, Holladay Library, city internet website at www.cityofholladay.com and state noticing website at http://pmn.utah.gov.
