7:00 PM CONVENE REGULAR MEETING
2. CONTINUATION OF PREVIOUS PUBLIC HEARINGS (Published in the newspaper as required by law)
7:10 PM 2.1 Chapter 13.32, Multi-family Zones – Planners: Paul Allred & Pat Hanson - the proposed text changes include amending required lot sizes, building setbacks, lot widths, and other minor development standards in the zone.
3. PUBLIC HEARINGS (Notices mailed to neighboring property owners as required by law)
:30 PM 3.1 Deerwood Farms Subdivision – 2545 E 6200 South – Conceptual Plan - 10 Lot Subdivision – R-1-87 Zone – 24 acres - Planner: Rick Whiting - This will be a discussion and a possible approval of a Conceptual Plan to create ten two-acre estate lots.
8:00 PM 3.2 Jackson-Leroy Office Building– 1914 E Meadowmoor – Conceptual Site Plan Review – NC Zone – .7 acres - Planner: Rick Whiting – This will be a discussion with possible approval. Brandon Leroy requested conceptual site plan approval for a 2,677 sq. foot single story office building on this .33 acre parcel on the corner of Meadowmoor and Highland Dr. south and west of the Cottonwood Mall site.

8:00 PM 4.1 Café Madrid – 5244 S Highland Dr – Preliminary Site Plan Review – NC Zone – Planner: Rick Whiting - This will be a discussion and a possible approval of Preliminary Site Plan design and layout for a new restaurant on Highland Drive and Spring Lane. A Conditional Use Permit to enable service of liquor to restaurant patrons will not be required.
5. CONTINUATION OF PREVIOUS PUBLIC HEARINGS (Published in the newspaper as required by law)
Chapter 13.45, Office Research Park and Development Zone (ORD) – Planners: Paul Allred & Pat Hanson - This will be a continued discussion with possible approval. The proposed text changes suggest various amendments to the development standards in the chapter, including an expanded list of uses allowed in the zone.
